The Iron Lofts at 134 Franklin are luxury one bedroom (19) and two bedroom (1) apartments ranging from $1100 to $1500. We took a turn of the century industrial building and preserved its original construction elements, which are showcased in the apartments. These apartments have 10-12 foot ceilings, exposed brick walls in the bedrooms and most common areas, exposed metal I-beams throughout the apartments and hallways, and exposed spiral metal ductwork for heating and cooling. All apartments feature granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and dishwashers. Most of the units also feature kitchen islands, custom walk-in tiled showers, and in-unit washer and dryers. The building includes a laundry room, mailroom, basement storage units, and an elevator. Rooftop access is available for the tenants to enjoy the outdoors while overlooking the downtown skyline and surrounding mountains; four units have their own private interior rooftop access with a private fenced-in area.
